Much closer to the authentic taste than a famous Kitakata ramen chain store. I feel very happy to be able to taste this taste locally. As for the miso gyoza... Mumumu. Pretty interesting. Can you say that it is better than gyoza that is eaten with gyoza soy sauce containing chili oil? However, when I eat it with the feeling that I want to taste a different taste than usual, this is it. It's pretty bad. And the 1th time, it's pretty high rating in myself. I wanted to eat again. how many months have passed I visited with my elderly father on the way home from the manipulative treatment with my father in the car. Today, the two of us (father's first) ordered green onion char siu Kitakata ramen and miso dumplings. Although I was a little worried about the light taste of the soup (I'm not sure if it was lighter than last time or because of my tongue), it was just right for drinking the soup and not bad. Rather, I think it was a very gentle taste for my elderly father. And they both flattened out nicely. The evaluation of miso gyoza is the same as last time. Rather, if you understand and order and eat it, you can adjust the amount of miso and enjoy the taste more than last time. In the magazine, there was Kitakata ramen and Aizu miso ramen, but here I ordered Kitakata ramen, which is the signature menu. The soup is clear but delicious. I like the chewy, curly noodles. Particularly noteworthy is the char siu, which is melty and soft. Personally, I think the quality is high. However, the touch panel was difficult for elderly people like me. But the female clerk noticed it again. It would have been difficult if it had stayed that way. The best thing to do was to listen without being shy. I will visit again.
