I went there 2 days in a row when I stayed in Mito for 5 nights. Looking at the menu, every dish was elaborate and appealing. I ordered the classic soy sauce tsukemen (medium) and Neji Chashu bowl. The rich, sour and well-balanced soup matched perfectly with the chewy noodles, making it extremely delicious. The soup contains chopped chashu and is very satisfying. The green onion chashu rice bowl also has a ponzu-based sauce that goes perfectly with the tsukemen. Definitely a repeat purchase!

Although I was interested, it was my first visit. I knew the location on the map, but it was a back road, so I didn't go there. I didn't know the parking lot at first, but when I looked closely, I realized that I was wrong and found a sign indicating the parking lot, moved to the back of the store, and parked safely. The seafood katayaki soba was over, so I asked for 3 balls and 3 spiciness of the "chilled spicy tsukemen" in front of my seat. 900 yen is cheap with this! I want to try different noodles next time! This is my third visit today, one day after my first visit the other day! The second time is a special serving of spicy miso tsukemen, and the noodles are flat and chewy, but they go down smoothly. Fishmeal is sprinkled on the noodles to enhance the flavor. Personally, I thought it would be nice to have more, or add it to the soup on a separate plate. The dipping sauce has moderate spiciness and a strong miso flavor. There are strips of char siu in the soup and it is enough to eat. When I asked for the split soup, it was served in a small bowl. Is it a pork bone base with cloudy soup? It had no odor and had a smooth taste. And the third time is Cantonese noodles and green onion pork bowl! It was delicious! ! The taste is reminiscent of authentic Chinese food. I had a large serving, but I wanted to eat more. There are still plenty of menus here, so it seems like I'll be going back for a while (^^; 4th visit The deliciousness of Cantonese noodles and green onion char siu bowl was personally a strike, so today too. I was worried about the uneaten tantan tsukemen, but I was told that Cantonese noodles will be finished by the end of June (^^; Today, the noodles are topped with a flavored egg instead of a large serving. I wanted to eat green onion chashu rice bowl for the first time in a long time, so I was tempted to get a second serving, but the amount of spicy noodles was quite large, so I was hungry enough! Guinea char siu and seaweed around the bowl are also delicious! At the end, I drank the chasing meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. 20th time How about eating tsukemen with whole wheat noodles last time?! It must be delicious! That's why we serve a large serving of spicy miso tsukemen. Definitely delicious! ! The tsukemen soaked in cold water is of course delicious, but the atsumori is a different flavor! It looks like it's going to be a habit! 21st time Mixed Noodles with Mixed Pot Meat Limited to October 850 yen with 1.5-ball rice Same price for 1-ball and 1.5-ball! The limited-edition Cantonese noodles are also delicious, but I liked them even more! ! It is recommended to eat the rice while eating the twice-cooked meat instead of afterward. If you add it later, there will be almost no juice left! It's going to be. It's limited to the end of this month, so I have to go eat it several times.
