More Comments at Google MapI received wonton noodles (750 yen) and flavored eggs (100 yen). The location is the former Ezokko location in Miwa. I visited on a Sunday at 11am, and the restaurant was full, so I had to wait outside for about 5 minutes before entering. The customer turnover is fast, so even if it's a little crowded, you'll be able to get in right away. The ramen was soy sauce-flavored, had chopped onions on it instead of green onions, and had a combination of 1 piece of fried pork, 1 piece of seaweed, 3 wontons, and 1 seasoned egg. The ramen is from Suzukiya (now closed) in Daiku-cho, which most locals are familiar with. The noodles are also made by the same Shogetsu Seimen, and although I have been to Suzukiya quite a few times, I was able to feel a sense of nostalgia. It's more fitting to call it Chinese soba than ramen. The price for the ramen is 500 yen, which is not 250 yen, but it is a reasonable price. You can also choose the hardness of the noodles when ordering. The wonton toppings were three wontons with a small amount of ingredients, and the flavored egg was cooked all the way to the yolk, so I personally didn't need any toppings. Next time I would like to order chashu noodles. The parking lot has been expanded since Ezokko and can accommodate 7 cars, so I think this is just the right number of cars for the store's capacity. It seems like they have a limited menu at night, so I wanted to visit again.
This is a restaurant where you can eat traditional soy sauce ramen. On the day I used it, I saw two elderly female customers who came to the parking lot 5 minutes before the restaurant opened, and I had a vague idea of what it tasted like. In other words, you could say that it's not greasy and has a taste that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. This ramen looks very similar to ``Chinese Soba Suzuki,'' which used to have a shop in Daikucho, Mito City, and it turned out that the noodles were made by the same noodle manufacturer. However, the texture of the noodles and the way they go down my throat felt more modern. The soup is made from seafood and has a sweet soy sauce, making it taste like ``soy sauce ramen.'' I think it's a flavor that anyone can appreciate, except those who don't like soy sauce ramen. The chashu is softer than it looks. There is no fiber in the fat part, and the taste is saturated. The meat part also has a moderate chewiness typical of pork belly. The wontons didn't have the smooth texture I expected, but had a slightly wheat-like texture and flavor. However, I feel that this is a matter of preference. Hopefully, it would have been better if the wontons weren't stuck together. The inside of the restaurant was a bit small, but I felt that the atmosphere was somewhat similar to "Chinese Soba Suzuki", so I didn't feel uncomfortable. Since it looks so similar to "Chinese Soba Suzuki", is there a connection? When I asked the staff about this, I was surprised to hear that it had nothing to do with it (lol). However, as a result of the owner of this restaurant's overflowing respect for ``Chinese Soba Suzuki,'' I was able to hear how they arrived at the taste. Although it is not an official successor restaurant, as a ramen fan living in Ibaraki, I was very happy to see their desire to continue that flavor. In the ramen industry, where trends go in and out rapidly, I felt that this restaurant was a rare find, offering extremely pure ``a bowl of ramen that is at the origin of Japanese ramen.'' When I used it later, I found that the wontons sticking together, which was a bit of a concern last time, had improved. Does this mean that store owners and owners are seeing these reviews? Thanks to you, it was delicious.
So awesome ♥ The interior and taste are full of Showa retro feel. The taste is also really delicious!! ️ You should definitely try the char siu bowl ((̂•͈⚇•͈ )̂୭*゚ There is a gravel parking lot next to the store.
