More Comments at Google MapSalt pork noodles 900 yen + large serving 100 yen There is a qualification course nearby, so I visited after 12:00 on weekdays. At first, I tried to walk to Mr. Ranmaru, but I gave up because the lunch break was only 50 minutes and there were many people waiting in line. On the way back, I noticed an unfamiliar signboard called "Kagoshima Shio Ramen", so I changed my destination. It seems that it has nothing to do with Men's Club in the south of the prefecture. The inside of the store is empty, and the rice bowl arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering. On top of the glittering oily soup, there are 7 small pieces of char siu that can be loosened with chopsticks, scallions, half-sliced shiso leaves, pickled plums, bean sprouts, and fried garlic? Spices like finely chopped. The bean sprouts have a crunchy texture and go well with the soup. The noodles are soft, thin noodles. The amount of noodles was not so much, so it was just right for a large serving. Soup is worth mentioning. The menu says ``light yet rich,'' but thanks to the umeboshi, it was very delicious and I didn't get tired of it. Although I try not to drink soup as much as possible after going through specific health guidance, I ended up drinking almost all of it. I would like to bring my family next time. Thank you for the delicious cup.
