More Comments at Google MapAbout 15 minutes walk from Mito Station. I ordered ramen with boiled egg topping. A nice aroma and flavor spreads in your mouth. The aftertaste is refreshing. This ramen is delicious!! The char siu is also juicy and good. I should have ordered the chashu men for this...! Let's look forward to the next one. Thank you for the meal.
This shop is recommended for those who like refreshing soy sauce ramen. The first time I ate it, it was a slightly sweet soup and straight noodles, and I had the impression that it was a Chinese soba with a strong Japanese style. The soup is not oily at all, so it is very well-balanced when the pork ribs are added. I never order char siu noodles outside of this restaurant, but Tateshina definitely recommends char siu noodles. My husband's parents' house is Mito, so I go there every time I go home.
Old-fashioned Chinese noodles. Simply 1 piece of chashu, 2 menma, and chopped onion 🍜 Since it was a weekday, I was able to sit right away 🍜 Sit down right away, come out right away, stay for 12 minutes... I felt that the rotation rate was fast 🍜 The block char siu also looked delicious🐷
