More Comments at Google MapRamen noodles 300g Bean sprouts, garlic, oil, lots of it I had it with two meat toppings. Volume that does not decrease no matter how much you eat It was delicious. Due to the aging of the store, it will close on November 3, 2023.
April 19, 2020 Ramen Tomijiro Kamimito main store Ramen noodles 300 with lots of Yasaiabura order The flow is Purchase a meal ticket → A staff member comes to ask your preferences → Tell them the amount of noodles (150g to 500g), amount of Yasai, Abra, and Garlic → Sit down The store clerk asked me directly, so I felt polite. The noodles are thick and chewy👍 The soup is not too thick and easy to drink 👍 There are two pieces of pork as standard, but I was surprised at how thick it was 🤣🤣 It fell apart easily and there was a lot of fat on it 🐷 I intended to order less, but I barely finished it🤣🤣 Thank you for the meal😋🍴🙏🏻 There is no parking lot, so please be careful when visiting the store.
If you want to eat Jiro-style food in Mito, I definitely recommend Tomijiro Kami-Mito branch. The Kami-Mito store emulsifies soup, and the Horimachi store uses non-emulsified soup, but I like emulsification, so I prefer the Kami-Mito store. Compared to other Jiro types, it's definitely the best in volume, punch, and flavor. I'm impressed every time I eat it. The homemade noodles are thick and filling, and it seems like a large amount of bones, meat, and vegetables are added to the stew soup every day. Some restaurants recommend "pork," and most of the time I'm disappointed because the char siu is modest, but at Tomijiro, the char siu is generous and I'm very satisfied. This is Jiro-style ramen that you'll want to eat over and over again.
