Hitachinaka, Ibaraki, Japan｜大宝

I ate green onion ramen. The thick handmade noodles were filling and the soup was so delicious that I wanted to drink it all (^^)

It was a shop that I would like to go to again ✨ I’m glad we met 🤗 I ordered the A set of ramen and half fried rice, and the fried rice was my favorite. This feeling was something I had never found before! 😆 I was so happy~😍💓💓 I'm also curious about other menus 🎵 I want to go eat soon 😋

This time, I would like to introduce “Taiho”, a long-established ramen shop in Hitachinaka City. When I first moved to Hitachinaka City, I bought a number of magazines introducing delicious ramen shops in Ibaraki (Ibaraki no Umai Ramen, Ramen Map Ibaraki, etc.). As expected, it was introduced in a magazine and I will never forget how delicious it was😋 It's been a long time since I've been here, so I ordered the shop's recommended miso ramen and the standard soy sauce ramen. Both noodles are thick curly noodles that look like Sano ramen (my favorite noodles) 🍜 Miso is not spicy, but it goes well with vegetables. An old-fashioned transparent soup that makes you want to drink up the soy sauce until the very end. There is also a small tatami mat (2 tables), so you can eat with peace of mind even if you have small children. It's been a long time since I've been in the way, but it was a wonderful shop that reminded me of how delicious it was. You can also use the GoToEat campaign Ibaraki, which is about to expire.
