The staff helped me with using the machine. They did not have spicy noodles but the staff offered a seperate bowl with spicy sauce. Very kind of them. The noodles were so filling.

No matter how many years I've been here, it's still delicious! It's rich in seafood, so there may be some people who don't like it, but the soup is thick and the noodles are well entwined, so you can eat it until the end without it getting cold. For char siu, you can choose from pork belly, charcoal-grilled pork, and chicken. It is a shop that I will continue to go to in the future.

Yuzu Kaoru Niboshi Soba Yuzu, mitsuba, and green onion were effective, giving it a Japanese taste. The chashu is charcoal-grilled and the noodles are thin. The chin soup stock is elegant yet rich, and I think it's a cup that will satisfy men and women of all ages. Thank you for the meal!
