It's been a while since I last saw my wife and my second-grade son in elementary school, and we had lunch on the way back from watching kochia at Seaside Park. I received a large serving of chashu noodles, ramen (half), rice, and handmade gyoza (5 pieces and 3 pieces, total of 8 pieces). The total price of 2,750 yen felt very reasonable even in these days of high prices. Even my wife, who visited for the first time in over six months, was surprised to find that the bathroom was still as clean as ever. I thought the store was conscious of this and kept it. The taste of the food served is very good, and the staff's service is pleasant. I felt that the number of employees was relatively thick compared to the size of the store, but I felt that this might be part of what makes this store so great. I felt that it was a wonderful restaurant with all three features: good taste, good store, and good staff. (as of October 14, 2023) Visited on a Sunday at noon. The waiting time is about 25 minutes. Since my order was for a large serving of char siu noodles, a small bowl of rice, and five gyoza pieces, the staff mistook me for a solo customer and almost led me to the counter, but when I told them I was with a child, they were nice to me. After a short wait, we arrived at the table, where the children's rice, dumplings, and tableware were quickly prepared. It goes without saying that the food was delicious, and I am grateful that I was always able to eat comfortably. (The above was updated in March 2023) I always stop by when I come to Hitachi Seaside Park from nearby prefectures. The hidden reason why I bought an annual park pass was because of this reasoning. I feel that the reason why the storefront, tables, kitchen, and restrooms are always clean every time I visit is probably because everyone at the store is conscious about it. I often come here with my son, and I feel that the staff is always very considerate, as they sometimes go out of their way to seat four people, assuming that we might be eating in line. . I think everyone has different tastes, but both ramen and gyoza are my favorites. After living for over 40 years, I have come to realize that soy sauce ramen is delicious. We support you in the future. (Updated in October 2022) This is a shop that has caught my attention many times as I exit the expressway at the Mito Minami Interchange and head towards Hitachi Seaside Park. If you buy a meal ticket from the automatic ticket vending machine at the entrance of the store, you will receive a ticket for your order and wait either inside or outside during busy times. The inside of the restaurant, from the tables to the restrooms, is so clean that you wouldn't expect it to be a typical ramen shop. The floor wasn't very slippery either. The wait staff is efficient and very accurate in handling customers. The ramen noodles were hand-made, reminiscent of Kitakata ramen, and went well with the soup. There are plenty of parking spaces, including a secondary one. I will visit you next time.

The best ramen shop around here. Once you get to know the taste here, you won't be able to eat it anywhere else. I also have a good impression of the ladies' customer service. It's always crowded, so be prepared to wait about 30 minutes. Personally, I recommend the chashu noodles or miso ramen. 【postscript】 I had spicy meat rice. It was very delicious, but The pungent taste makes your tongue go crazy, I can no longer taste the ramen soup that is sold here. Recommended to eat after ramen.

The soup has a gentle taste similar to Sano ramen, the noodles are thick and chewy, and the chashu is juicy. I definitely recommend the chashu noodles. Even if you don't make a large serving, you'll be full 😋 It is impressive that the store clerks are lively and always greet you cheerfully. For a ramen shop, it's good that the seats are wide and spacious, and the parking lot is spacious, so it doesn't feel cramped, which is common in ramen shops. The order was paid in advance with a touch panel ticket vending machine, issued a ticket, and then handed the ticket to the clerk.
