Hitachinaka, Ibaraki, Japan｜Tsushima

I visited on August 13, 2023. There were two groups of customers, so I probably waited outside for about 30 minutes. This shop is run by an elderly couple and their son. The soup of the mini ramen is gentle, and the sauce of the mini cutlet bowl is also gentle. It's a delicious dish that is full of the kindness of the couple. Although it was a neighborhood shop, it was an unmarked shop, but it was a wonderful shop. Thank you for the meal, I received it today as well. I will ask you again.

■2023/03 visit Visited on Saturday when it opened at 11:30. There were 4 groups waiting when it opened. The parking lot can park about 10 cars in front of the store and on the side. The seats are 3 4-person tables, 1 raised 4-person table, and 3 counters. Today, I ordered ``Hanchan Tsugaru Large Size'' (950 yen) and ``4 Pieces of Sauce Katsudon'' (980 yen). The ramen has a gentle flavor of dried sardines and is delicious. I'm also happy that it contains boiled eggs. If it's a large serving, it's quite filling. The fried rice is full of eggs and has a great flavor. The sauce katsudon is not as filling as the one from Fukushima, but the meat is soft and the batter is crispy and delicious. In short, everything is delicious. I think this restaurant has a good balance of taste, volume, and price. I'm sorry to bother you again!
