I think it's a very good ramen shop with great craftsmanship. They seem to be very confident in their char siu noodles, so I definitely recommend their char siu noodles. The master is quiet, but he is a very nice person. The wife is also very thorough in her work and has a lovely smile, so I personally rate this shop very highly.

I am a repeat customer from Mito City Higashimae store. I've been coming here for almost 40 years since I moved to Hitachinaka, and the owner is the second generation. I also asked the first generation to make a lot of it. My rasho has this old-fashioned taste, and it has inherited the original taste.The taste of the so-called camellia ("new camellia" in my opinion) that has been increasing recently is somehow too strong and I can't get used to it. To be honest, today I ordered chashu tsukemen. Dear Master, If you are reading this, because of the coronavirus, I don't say ``Thank you for the meal'' when I leave, but just nod, but I will say ``Thank you for the meal, and I will come again.''
