I ordered the cold Taiwan Mazesoba for summer only. The texture of cold and well-tightened noodles is good. I felt the gratitude of cold food on a hot day again when I added warm rice as a chasing meal. …But compared to the usual Taiwanese Mazesoba, the absence of Nira-senpai is huge! The rich umami on parade, the usual Taiwanese mazesoba is more punchy and delicious, and I may have felt the same thing last year when I ate cold. lol As a tabletop seasoning unique to the Hitachinaka store, Sichuan pepper is placed on the table. In the past, the freshly ground Szechuan green pepper from the hall was even more fragrant, but at some point the mill was spinning and I couldn't scrape it off at all, so I was frustrated, so the correct answer was to provide powder. Another recommended seasoning is lemon vinegar! It's refreshing and delicious.

There is quite a line during lunch. One of the top 3 ramen restaurants in Hitachinaka City. The taste of the soup stock and the quality of the ingredients are top-level.
