Great ramen shop in Hitachiota. I forgot to take a photo but my ramen was delicious and the staff was very friendly, thank you.

I received a large serving (100 yen) of Niboton Tsukemen (1,000 yen). It was so delicious that I finished eating it quickly, and I wished there was a special portion. *This does not mean there are fewer noodles. I think I'm just a big eater. The soup is rich, but compared to the original (Yukichi in Futabadai, Mito City), it's a little lighter and easier to eat. I felt that. It was about half a year ago that I went to the main house, so my memory is a bit fuzzy... My 8-year-old son, who I took there with him, also said it was delicious and devoured the regular portion. Also, the staff's customer service was polite and likable. I would like to go again if I am nearby.

Opening April 27, 2022 I visited with high expectations as it was a tonkotsu specialty store in Yukichi. I entered the store at the beginning of the evening. The inside of the store is quite spacious with 6 counter seats, 6 table seats, and a tatami room. I bought the flavored egg niboton tsukemen from the ticket vending machine. There was a warning that the tsukemen would take a long time to boil because they are very thick noodles, so I decided to wait patiently while looking around the store. It came out in about 10 minutes. The extra-thick noodles mixed with the thick soup were extremely delicious. When I was running low on noodles, I was advised to squeeze some lemon on top of the noodles, so I tried that and it tasted very refreshing and delicious! I'm a bit concerned about the tonkotsu and Iekei options, but the tsukemen was so delicious that I think I'll try the tsukemen again next time. Thank you for the meal.
