Visited the noodles before noon on January 4th. There were about 10 groups waiting, and it took about 20 minutes. Since it was my first time, I ordered the popular hand-rolled Chinese noodles. The soup has a clear soy sauce flavor and is very refreshing despite the lard. The noodles are thick and chewy. I can't get enough of the wheat aroma and chewy texture. The char siu toppings are just the right amount of firmness and have a great volume, and the spinach, menma, nori, shinachiku mushrooms, and green onions are all delicious. Peeling the flavored egg was charming and a satisfying meal.

I went with a colleague from work. ^_^ It was very delicious. Everyone, please come and try it at least once.
