Stylish noodle/soup combinations, obviously made with devotion by the two young brothers/owners, and who gladly answered my many questions.

It was my first time visiting. I decided to visit Noodles because it had high reviews on Google Maps to see what it was like. The dried sardine soba that I was looking forward to was sold out at noon. What else do you recommend? When I asked about it, the owner seemed apologetic and recommended the chicken soba noodles, so I ordered the chicken back fat ramen. The noodles were thin, whole grain noodles, and the dried sardine soup was very delicious. I've already finished drinking it. The chashu is also delicious.
