I didn't actually know about Yamaokaya, but I was drawn in by the prominent signboard and the slight smell of pork bones that lingered even outside the store. First of all, I was surprised to find that the ticketing system is panel-based and supports various payment methods. This is helpful. There are counter seats, tables, and tatami mats, making it spacious and relaxing. The ramen was also delicious and satisfying.
