Fantastic mazesoba! Extremely delicious on its own, it's also fun to add ingredients to to gradually enhance the flavor throughout the meal.

It's just delicious. I like it. Onions, vinegar, soy sauce, homemade seasonings, garlic, and wasabi can be used as seasonings, and soup comes with it. I'm on a business trip so I can't really go (;O;) A store you want near your home.

I received the hot egg mazemen. The chewy noodles and moderately thick sauce are exquisite. Adding onions and soy sauce made it even more delicious. At the end, I added soup and had it ramen style, which was also good. There are detailed instructions on how to eat it, so I think it's a good idea to give it a try if it's your first time.
