Visited before 12:00 on a holiday. The pork choy ramen has plenty of odorless liver. The thin, straight homemade noodles were perfectly boiled and had a crunchy texture. The soup is a bit salty...but it goes well with the ingredients. Table-top mustard miso has a strong spiciness, so use it in moderation. The gyoza is also chewy and juicy inside. I think it should be evaluated more. You can clearly see that the restaurant is loved by the regulars, as customers come in one after another and they all seem friendly and talk to each other. This is a shop you'll want to stop by if you're in the area again.

The noodles are thin, straight, and slightly flat, with a very nice texture. The soup is rich and delicious with a slight animal smell. It's exquisite. You will also be healed by the gentle personality of the host. I'll definitely stop by again if I'm nearby. Thank you for the meal! Revisited after about 2 years The price of ramen has increased to 500 yen ^_^ But it's still delicious. Once again, I was able to enjoy the texture of the homemade noodles and the rich soup. The taste of spicy miso is also amazing. I'll come again!
