More Comments at Google MapPersonally, I highly recommend the Taiwanese miso mazesoba and mini chashu rice bowl. The taste is spicy from the meat miso and mellow from the egg yolk. The flavor of fishmeal has a strong flavor, so even people who think miso ramen is unsatisfying will find it delicious. (I didn't originally like miso ramen because it felt bland) If you order a plate of Taiwanese miso mazesoba, Leave about half of the chashu bowl Have the remaining sauce serve as a side dish. The golden ratio is to mix the rest of the bowl and eat it. If you order a large bowl, eat one bite of the bowl and eat the rest. It's delicious to mix together. Personally, I think it tastes too strong if I eat it only as a side meal. I think the store staff are also very polite and nice. You can change the amount of garlic and spiciness level. With the stamp card, you can get one stamp for each ramen and accumulate three stamps. Benefits include ice cream, mini char siu bowl, boiled dumplings, toppings, and 1 free bowl of ramen. If you bring your stamp card, you can enjoy black oolong tea. They will serve you a mug. The checkout is a ticket vending machine and is located immediately after entering the store. Photo Luxurious Taiwanese miso mazesoba topped with a generous helping of garlic. I received garlic in the bowl + garlic in a separate plate. I passed by the store every day, and sometimes there was a line, so I was curious and came to the store. I never thought there would be such a delicious restaurant nearby. It seems to be a famous shop in Nagoya, so I'm grateful that it has landed in Hitachinaka City. There is a ramen shop nearby that always has a long line, but I prefer this one. I had some tsukemen, but it's been a while since I've been to a new restaurant. (About 1 in 5 cases) My wife likes miso ramen, so I ordered the popular spicy miso ramen. I was impressed because it had a taste (seafood-based miso flavor) that I had never had before. I think you will feel that the amount is a little small in a normal portion. I recommend the large serving♪ It was a shop that you must visit \(^o^)/
The spicy sora ramen and tsukemen are really delicious depending on your taste (^ω^) I am so grateful that Hitachinaka from Nagoya made this for me, it was so delicious! You can choose the spicy miso for spicy miso ramen from 0 spicy! I'm not good at spicy food, so I always ask for about 1 spiciness on a separate plate! Tsukemen is soaked with seafood and as the name suggests, it's rich, so I highly recommend you try it!
