I ate various Jiro, but I think this one has the most noodles in the small ramen (I'm happy). I've eaten Jiro with only emulsified soup, but this is a non-emulsified soup with a strong soy sauce taste and it's a mess. The customer service, the chewy texture of the noodles, the pork soaked in soy sauce, etc. were very good. Confirmed repeat.
I came to Jiro for the first time in a while. Arrived around 12:15 on weekdays, the parking lot was full (it was barely), and there were about 10 people waiting, which is very empty compared to Tokyo. The rules are a little different from other stores, so I would like to explain a little bit. Before lining up, first buy a meal ticket. You will start lining up inside, but if the store is full, the staff will ask you to line up outside. You will be asked to show your ``meal ticket'' when you are lining up to be seated. At that time, please tell us the amount of noodles (small amount > half > one-third: even half is more than a large serving at a regular store), hardness, etc. When you are shown to your seat, take a drink of water and a spoon and sit down. If you are asked, "Would you like garlic?" If the default is fine, you can say it's normal. If you don't call only garlic, it won't go in. It is possible to have less. Today I ordered a small ramen for 800 yen, half a noodle, and a little garlic. Non-emulsifying, flat noodles are the best. There were also three huge pigs (in the photo, they are hidden under the bamboo shoots). lucky? Even if you cut the noodles in half, I think it's more than other restaurants. It's also good that they have more cabbage than other stores! I can only eat it about once a year because it has too many calories. The shop is spacious and clean, and the rules are posted, so even beginners can have a good impression. The parking lot is also large. Everyone, please give Jiro a try. You might be able to break new ground! As mentioned in other reviews, even half of the small ramen noodles are quite large compared to other Jiro restaurants. Next time I will use one-third of the noodles. I will definitely visit again!
