Nagano, Japan｜Nagano-ken Choju-shokudo

Probably the best restaurant I had during this trip in Nagano. Very enjoyable and well done healthy meal selections. You could taste the health consciousness effort put into the ingredients preparation. I really wish that they could extend their branch outside Japan.

Very delicious and healthy food. Food are well prepared and had seasonal dishes. There is some food items which are designed according to the Japanese agricultural seasons and there different varieties of apples juices. Very convenient location, just in the Nagano Shinkansen station. Definitely will go again.

The food tastes good and cured our stomach after long travel. The veggies and mushrooms are fresh and tasty , we even found 山药 in one of the dish which we haven't ate for years since left hometown.
