Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, Japan｜三角屋食堂

I had planned to go there, but the restaurant was closed and I gave up lunch, but I was fascinated by the appearance of the entrance, so I made a quick visit! I was surprised to eat Chinese soba and it was delicious! I recommend the flat noodles unique to Aizu ramen in the soup with animal and dried sardines. I will come again!

It is closed on Tuesdays, but may be open during long holidays such as Obon and New Year. The amount is average to slightly large. The taste is reminiscent of the Showa era, such as the ramen from an old-fashioned set restaurant, and Aizu's famous sauce cutlet bowl, where the cutlet is meaty and the sauce is just fragrant. It seems that the restaurant is run by relatives, and because they are all elderly, they can't serve as much food, so they sometimes close around 2pm.

The sauce cutlet bowl was delicious. Instead of soup, mini mini ramen came with it and it was also delicious.
