Visited a restaurant in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, around 10 o'clock on a weekday. I sat down at a table and ordered this menu. ★ Katsudon 590 yen ★Tonjiru 180 yen ○ Tsuyudaku cutlet bowl with delicious soup stock The parking lot is in front of the store, and the interior has a cozy atmosphere as a restaurant with tables and tatami seats. There were no other customers, so I was the only one there, but there's a pachinko parlor next door, so it might be busy during lunch. It's become fun to visit restaurants that are open from the morning and enjoy katsudon. This restaurant is one of those restaurants, and instead of having a fixed set meal, you can create your own set meal of your choice. When I ordered the katsudon I wanted, I also ordered the pork soup recommended by the beautiful hostess. The toppings of the katsudon fit perfectly into the bowl, and although you can't tell by looking at them, they're dripping wet. The rice is nice and glossy, and the heartwarming sweet soup stock is delicious. Although the cutlet is not very thick, the batter covering the well-cooked egg is quite good. The pork soup has plenty of ingredients such as pork and green onions, and the rich red miso is delicious. I was totally in the mood for katsudon that day, but I would like to try it as a set that would be perfect for breakfast paired with fish. Thank you for the meal.

I've been to this place many times, but I never had the chance to go in, so I finally got around to it through YouTube. It is a young couple. His wife was a lovely lady. It's run by more young people than I expected. I had the egg bowl from the monthly special menu. Choose your favorite style from the store. It's very reasonably priced and is probably loved by the locals. I like the sweet flavor. I want a store like this to continue forever.
