This is a system that is common in local government cafeterias and company cafeterias, and after you buy a meal ticket from a ticket vending machine, you will go to a different pick-up counter depending on the type of noodles or bowl of rice. On this day, I ordered Shinagawa-don. The vegetable kakiage contains clams and goes well with white rice, making it a complete meal in no time! There was a sign on the ticket vending machine that said, "If you get a winning ticket..." so I asked the person in charge and was told that if you get a winning ticket, you'll be free!

This place may be a little difficult to understand. It's cheap. I thought it was underground, but there are windows so you can see outside.
