Suginami City, Tokyo, Japan｜Hidakaya

I was disappointed when the Pearl Center location closed last year, but I heard from a friend that it was in Beans, so I went there right away. The store is clean because it just opened. Order on a tablet. (Does ordering on a tablet have pros and cons depending on the person?) The bowl is different from other stores, but the contents are the same, but it looks a little more gorgeous (maybe?) It may have been a coincidence, but when I ate Chinese noodles here for the first time, the chashu was clearly cut thicker than at other restaurants. I've only been there once so it might just be a coincidence, but it was a happy miscalculation. The store is vertically long so it feels a little small, but it doesn't feel cramped when you're sitting at the window counter. There are also table seats in the back. Anyway, I'm glad to be back in Asagaya.

The lady gave us a very pleasant customer service. Work in the heat, customer service... I think it's going to be a lot of trouble. I am humbled. Thank you very much 😊

It was much more delicious than when I ate at Hidakaya before. I was very satisfied with the set of tanmen, half fried rice, and dumplings.
