I was planning to stay in Shinjuku, and I heard about this restaurant on TV, so I checked to see if I could go there. I made a reservation via SMS because the restaurant was empty and I thought I could still make a reservation early. The shop is right next to Shin-Okubo Station, and I passed by it once without noticing (lol) It was full of people with reservations, but there was a table for two. I ordered pre-mol, fried horse mackerel, assorted sashimi, horse mackerel namerou, etc. Horse mackerel is fatty and delicious. The fried horse mackerel was fluffy and the tartare was delicious.

I saw it on Twitter and made a reservation via text message. Since they don't have regular holidays, it's hard to make plans, and even when I know they're doing it, I call them the same night and they're full. Whatever you order, it's delicious. A store that I can really recommend! I will definitely go eat there again.
