More Comments at Google MapOwner is hospital and food is cheap and delicious. There are even women group having dinner here, that is very rare for most of ramen shops. Local people really like owner, food and the atmosphere here.
The noodles are thick and the soup is not clear and salty. Someone commented, but the atmosphere is closer to Nagasaki Champon than Tanmen. Still, the stir-fried vegetables on it were solid and crispy, and it was a solid tanmen. The soup was also easy to drink. I don't know what it means to be rich, but it was delicious.
Last time I visited for the first time, I had the rich tanmen and the soup and vegetables were piping hot, so I went back with high expectations. This time I ordered spicy ramen (spicy nigate). The spicy (but delicious!) soup and vegetables were piping hot and I finished it all while sweating. Looks perfect for the upcoming cold season. I was told that the gyoza can also be changed to boiled gyoza. It's chewy and delicious too. The atmosphere of customer service is good and I am very satisfied. I'll be back!
