The atmosphere of the restaurant's employees is that of a former young man, and it's thrilling to eat while feeling under pressure. I made a reservation thinking it would be a very popular restaurant since horse meat is trending, but I was lucky! It was empty. There's no one to welcome you, and there's no atmosphere in which the staff come out, so it's exciting to find a store run by someone with a great sense of craftsmanship. A friend of mine who runs a restaurant I went to with him liked this management style so much that he visited. I highly recommend this store! Recommended points are 1. The horse meat is small and you can't taste it, so if you want to try horse sashimi, this is the place for you! 2. The staff watches the food carefully, so it's perfect for dieting! 3. Even if you make a reservation, there are times when we are not aware of it, so don't worry about sudden cancellations!
