More Comments at Google MapIt has the feel of a town restaurant that has been popular in the area for a long time. These kinds of stores sometimes have some incredible performances hidden away, and this one is definitely one of them. The signature menu is pork dishes such as katsudon, pork cutlet, and pork saute. On this day, I ordered tamagoji for an extra 50 yen on top of the katsudon. There were 2 groups of 4 people. The other side also seemed to have just ordered, and it was served to me about 20 minutes later. I didn't have any plans for the afternoon, so I was able to relax and wait, but it might be difficult for people in a hurry. This katsudon is not the usual oval cutlet, but is perfectly round. What part should I use to achieve this? It was cut radially like 6P cheese, and was perfectly sized to cover the rice. It looks like it's stained all the way, probably because it's cut and then simmered. The eggs should be cooked to a good temperature. And what do you think of the taste? Anyway, the meat quality is the best. The lean, lean meat looked like loin, but even though it was about 3cm thick, there were no streaks on all 6 pieces, and it was soft and chewy with just the right amount of resistance. The pure flavor of meat spreads in your mouth without any interference. What kind of part is this really? The sauce is also exquisite. When you think of katsudon, this taste is right in the middle. It's a little sweet, but it's just right when mixed with egg, and the pickled vegetables and soup that come with it also work well as a snack. And amazing cost performance. The cutlet is so voluminous that if you don't do it well, it might weigh the same as the rice. It's not that there isn't much rice to begin with, and you can have a large portion, but you'll be quite full if you eat just plain rice. Such a delicious and filling katsudon is 850 yen. And it includes tax. I'm worried that I may have set the era incorrectly. There is also a regular cutlet bowl (with egg) on the menu, and when I asked the staff what was the difference between it and the upper cutlet bowl, they said, ``The meat part is the same, just the thickness is different.'' If you were to compare it to a beef bowl, it would be a huge serving. That meatiness is logical. Anyway, I'm very satisfied. From now on, whenever I want to eat katsudon, this restaurant will be the first to come to mind. However, the pork saute that the person at the other table was eating looked really delicious, so I'd like to come back soon. A famous restaurant that I hope will continue for many years to come.
I had a large serving of upper cutlet bowl with eggs. The cutlet is thick but soft. I think that delicious katsudon refers to such a katsudon. The large serving had a considerable amount of rice. This time I ordered upper cutlet rice and pork saute rice. Pork sauté is quite soft. The top cutlet has thick meat and thin koromo. delicious. I've been here two weeks in a row. Today I ordered fillet cutlet bowl. The tenderloin meat is tender. Delicious with soy sauce based sauce. This time I ordered the sauce cutlet bowl. It's pretty delicious even if it's not fillet meat.
It was a shop that felt like a good fusion of old-fashioned taste and recent taste. It's a charm that the menchi ball rice wasn't ball-shaped
