Some hot pepper shops require same-day reservations to be confirmed over the phone, but at this shop I was able to make reservations smoothly. I've been there several times, and the menu is extensive and the staff are friendly. Being able to use Amasaki coins is also a big plus. This is my favorite store and I often go to other stores.
