Hamana Shokudo is a traditional Chinese restaurant located in Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture. We had the A set (soy sauce ramen and half fried rice) of the lunch menu until 14:00 for 800 yen plus 6 gyoza pieces for 400 yen (tax included). Nostalgic Chinese noodles with salty, clear soup and thin noodles. The fried rice is also exquisitely finished by a skilled chef. The gyoza is a crispy and fluffy type that is fried for 3 minutes and then left to cook for about 2 minutes. It was really delicious with lots of garlic. (On the day?
