Well... it's 9 o'clock in the morning now (^_^;) The Chinese food at "Hasegawa Shokudo" in Chiba City Central Wholesale Market is delicious! As soon as I heard the rumor, I came here early in the morning. (Because it is a market, it is open from morning to noon.) In general, it seems to be famous for its seafood menu, and in fact, there are a lot of such pictures posted. Today, I ordered "Gomoku Fried Rice + Spicy Ramen" with my heart as a demon. Conclusion. Excellent! ┌|✧Д✧|┘ Street Chinese in the middle of the fastball. A taste that everyone likes. Fried rice is also excellent, but ramen is good. It's a basic chicken base light soup that's not seen much these days, but it's full of umami and it's irresistible. Menma, which has just the right texture without disturbing the noodles, The simmering type of char siu is also good. Hasegawa Ramen is a spicy ramen with edible wild plants and green peppers (shredded). I'm happy that the eggs are floating. Medium-thick noodles with a lot of water are chewy and delicious. The handmade spring rolls are lightly seasoned and perfect as a side dish. However, it was delicious enough without soy sauce, and it was delicious to eat it with only mustard. There were 4 of them, and they were very filling.

On February 26th, I visited Hasegawa Shokudo. I occasionally visit the cafeteria here at the market, but I've always noticed that there's always a line. We arrived at 10:30, but there was already a line... Hasegawa Shokudo is a Chinese restaurant, and the ramen and rice bowl set seems to be popular. I received a set of tekka bowl and ramen. Since it was a set, the tekka bowl was a small bowl, but it contained about 7 thick slices of tuna, and the rice was vinegared. The ramen is soy sauce ramen. Well, there was a lot and it was delicious 😊 When I finished paying and went out, there was a line of more than 10 people ... 💦 Be prepared to wait and go see it once 👍 I visited you on May 3rd as well. I arrived around 11 o'clock...unusually, there was no wait😁 Today I had set meal B...a set of Matsuzaka pork tonkatsu and green onion toro. Both the tonkatsu and green onion were delicious😃
