But when I tried it, I was surprised. Soup is delicious. You can really feel the umami and richness of the broth. Noodles are also delicious! The kinshi-tamago (kinshi tamago) filling is full of originality and wonderful! Kinshi tamago that sucked the soup, it's delicious.
