Cannot express how much I loved the food…it’s at a level that we are considering coming back on the way back to Tokyo. It’s run by a grandma and grandpa who are adorable and make your food to order so everything is fresh and hot. I recommend the chicken cutlet as it was the best out of the pork, fish and chicken.

Nice service and atmosphere. Very near to the hotel I was staying at and while thinking of dinner I saw the sign for the shop. Managed by what seems to be a family, the lady took the order while the guy started making the food. I ordered fried chicken cutlet set meal (chikin katsu teishoku in Japanese) and I got a plate of rice, soba Noddles plate, Japanese pickles, tofu in addition to the main chicken plate. I felt full even before finish half of the chicken, food was good and the texture of chicken was perfect. Costed 930 yens for a full dinner which is less than average for lunch in a place near to the station. Would recommend it for solo travellers and small groups who wants to taste a little bit of Japan with a reasonable price.

The restaurant is run by an elderly couple. It was quick, delicious, and left me satisfied. Stop by when you get off at Oyama Station!
