Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜Maidookinishokudo Hatsukaichishokudo

This was my first stop during my trip. I wanted to try all the Japanese buffet-style dishes, but the boiled mackerel that was first in line looked delicious, so I took a few other items, and the mackerel was the best. I would even go to Hiroshima to eat this mackerel. Please try it. P.S. I went there for the second time the other day, and aside from the fried chicken, the mackerel stew was the best. The freshly grilled mackerel was also very appealing. I'd like to try it out if it's nearby, but I'll worry about it the next time I go.

This is a restaurant that you can easily go to. It's the type of meal where you put what you want on a tray, and at the end you order rice and soup. I like having all of the tamagoyaki baked on the spot. A variety of people come here, from individuals to families. Ramen and udon are also popular.

All fish dishes are delicious. I also appreciate being able to take it home.
