The most amazing Aji ever. This is the first place in many, many years of eating Aji where the meat is thick and where I have a choice of rare or medium fried. Everything I ate on the menu was amazing. I wish I could take the chef with me back to Los Angeles. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent food! See you guys soon!

The aji-furai here is superb. Plus they play Beatles songs all day long. Perfect!

I visited after 12:00 on weekdays during the Obon period. It was lunch time, but I was able to get to the counter seat immediately. I was also interested in the mixed fry menu, but I wanted to try multiple flavors of fried horse mackerel, so I ordered the "serious fried horse mackerel set meal." I think that the fried horse mackerel is delicious as it is, one with grated wasabi, and one with Worcestershire sauce and tartar sauce, but personally, grated wasabi was better. The volume was modest, but I think it was just right for eating while walking.
