Tabisuru Oden Moku Moku is an oden shop located three doors down from Hana no Yu in Ashikaga, which is familiar to sento fans. It seems that Shimokitazawa Frying Pan has been open for business for five years since returning to his hometown of Ashikaga. The specialty oden is made with mustard from Fukui, which was discovered by the owner who hates mustard. This vivid aroma and fleeting spiciness are wonderful. There are bold dishes like char siu egg that are suitable for a gambling town, and there are also gently cooked obanzai. There are sea foods like namero, and there are meat types like large fried chicken. Since I was the driver, I had a non-alcoholic Malaysian passion fruit flavored tea, but the sake was from Tsushimaya, Soyo, Seisetsu, Kuzuryu, and Nabeshima, so I felt they were particular about it. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of combinations, both Japanese and Western. I stayed in Ashikaga, looked at the Watarase River, climbed Orihime Shrine, worked up a sweat, refreshed myself at Hana no Yu in the evening, and then headed here. I want to come on a trip like that. It was a shop where you could feel the travel spirit and more than just that, it had a modern flair.

It's a restaurant where you can feel the care and attention to detail in both the sake and the dishes, making you feel happy every time. The obanzai, oden, and char siu eggs were all delicious, and the Akahoshi, sake, and cumin sour were great. I had a nice time talking with the owner. I'll visit you again.

The atmosphere of an old private house and the shop staff are easy to talk to, and you can enjoy many unusual menus. You can choose cold or warm tomato oden. I ate cold because it was summer, but it was the best because the sourness of the soup stock and tomato went well together.
