Minokamo, Gifu, Japan｜Sagami Minokamo

I celebrated my father-in-law's birthday. I'm from the Gifu area, so this was my first visit. The manager here served us fish taiyaki and chicken wings as it was a celebration. This made me happy, but when I was late eating because I was taking pictures, I was very moved by how kindly they replaced my cold soba noodles even though I didn't say anything.　The day was filled with great hospitality. This is a store that I definitely recommend.

I used it for my child's first meal. I may have called late to make a reservation, but they were only available from 2pm, but they said they would call me as soon as they became available, and they were very responsive at the time of making the reservation. It was probably very crowded, so it didn't open up quickly, but I was really happy with the attentiveness and service! ! Is it the store manager? ? The customer service was very good and my husband was very satisfied. I would also like to celebrate my first birthday here. I'm really thankful to you!

I visited for lunch and had the ``Miyazaki Beef Hitsumabushi Gozen.'' It was delicious with a strong seasoning. We recommend adding plenty of grated daikon radish with wasabi for a refreshing taste. It was topped with condiments of wasabi, green onion, nori, and shiso leaves, and served with dashi soup. This was also very delicious. As for the noodles, you can choose between udon or soba, and you can choose between hot or cold noodles, so I chose the zaru soba. It was very filling and filling.
