I'm not very knowledgeable about ramens but I know that this shop has good food and good service. I especially liked their gyoza, it's so good to pair with rice. Kudos to the male staff, very attentive and provided us with excellent customer service.

Located in the Okayama Station Food Court, you need to buy tickets from the meal coupon machine outside the door first, and the clerk will help guide you to a table. I ordered the tonkotsu pork ribs for ¥1280, which came with 5 slices of barbecued pork and a soft-boiled egg. The barbecued pork is still a little pink when spread on the edge of the bowl. When you dip it into the soup with chopsticks and soak it for a while, it becomes soft and easy to eat. The rich tonkotsu soup is hotter than ordinary ramen, and the taste is not too strong. Eating noodles and drinking ice water from the store is very enjoyable in summer. The amount of noodles is enough, girls and children can finish it without being too full.
