It has a homely atmosphere. I was surprised at how crowded it was even though it was a weekday lunch.The lady who ran the restaurant was very friendly. Hormone udon. Although it was teppanyaki, the udon was not burnt and the offal was very soft. It's very delicious🎵It was my first time eating it, but I ordered it and it was really good. I think this restaurant is probably loved by locals.

When I went around 11:45 on a weekday, there was already a waiting person. After a short wait, we were shown to our table. I ordered a small (1 bowl of udon) of hormone udon. It's a delicious offal udon. Next time I would like to go when I can drink beer.

The combination of this and the rich miso sauce goes perfectly. The miso sauce has a strong aroma, perhaps garlic and ginger, that goes perfectly with the richness of the offal. The miso itself is powerful. By the way, it was made in an unusual way: first pouring a clear sauce over it and then adding miso sauce afterwards. The best way to cook the onions without overcooking them. It has a strong sweetness and crunch. Unfortunately, the udon noodles themselves seem to be made from commercially available bag noodles, so the taste and texture are probably not much different from commercially available ones. I thought it would be even more perfect if it had the firmness of frozen noodles from Katokichi or Gyomu Supermarket. [Overview] It was better than I expected, and there were some interesting menu items like okonomiyaki, Tsuyama yakisoba, and sozuri, a dish made with shaved bone meat, so I'd like to come back again.
