Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan｜熊本ラーメン大門

This is real Kumamoto ramen! As someone else has posted, Hakata tonkotsu and Kumamoto ramen are two different things! Chicken bones + pork bones + merian oil are from Kumamoto, and 100% pork bones are from Hakata... Since it is a mobile store, the floor is creaky and noisy, but please enjoy the atmosphere ( .ˬ.)

It's delicious anyway. I don't know how long I'll be here because I'm traveling all over Japan, but I went there before when I was in Fuji City, so I was happy to be back in Fuji City. Everything was really delicious, but the gyoza was actually delicious!
