The best famed Fujinomiya yakisoba one might get in town! The lady owner and her son work on the small spot with the hot plate to be watched as the food gets done. It's simple but very cosy and it the friendliness is unforgettable. One should try the Fujinomiya take on the okonomiyaki recipe of the house, it's quite differently executed from the usual and simply exquisite. The sauce of the house is delicious and they do sell it in bottles for one to take home! 🤤
