This is a Fujinomiya yakisoba specialty store located in Omiya Yokocho on Taisha-dori Miyamachi Shopping Street, which is said to be the sacred place for Fujinomiya B-class gourmet food. [my favorite] Mixed Yakisoba @700yen First, the flavor of the sakura shrimp fills your mouth, followed by the taste of the restaurant's special sauce, which is neither sweet nor overly spicy. Furthermore, the chewy and chewy noodles were delicious...I regret that I would have preferred a larger serving. The unlimited ``Dashiko'' (sardine and mackerel shavings with green seaweed) is also appealing. ○ There are other shops selling ``Fujinomiya Yakisoba'' in Yokocho, but I was drawn to this one by the sign that said ``Fujinomiya's oldest restaurant.'' ○ Since it was a sunny day, we ate at the communal table (with parasol) set up in front of the store. ○ It seems that they start making the product after ordering (advance payment required), so it will take some time. Please take your time and enjoy the wait until you can eat freshly baked food on the spot.

I ordered a large serving of squid and pork. Personally, I would have preferred just the pork, but it was delicious. Your name will be called shortly after you place your order. Looks like there will be a long wait at noon. My work is thorough. Water is drawn from a fountain in the middle of Yokocho. It's sweet and very delicious. This alone is worth coming for a drink.

I always stop by when I visit Sengen Shrine. Please also order takeout when eating at Omiya Yokocho. In order to maintain the firmness of the noodles, the noodles are cooled and removed from the steam after they are baked, so it takes a while to wrap them. In the past, I was in a hurry and asked for the food not to be chilled before taking it home, but when I reheated it, it actually tasted much better when it was chilled. My recommendation is "squid". I love simple is best over mix. Serve with plenty of dashi powder and chili pepper. Recently, both meat scraps and soba have become available outside of Fujinomiya, but I still find myself craving the traditional Sugimoto yakisoba. Sugimoto Forever ♡
