Gifu Yokocho Building, which I often go to near Gifu Station. I usually go to the xiao long bao shop on the 2nd floor, but this time I went to the shop [Ginnosuke] on the 5th floor that I was interested in! First of all, the interior is based on black and has a very calm atmosphere. It was a private room with a hearth, and it was my first time, so I was impressed! The food is plentiful and you can cook it yourself so you can enjoy it. The salt-grilled sweetfish was difficult to eat because the liver inside was bitter, but it was delicious! You can enjoy Gifu's local cuisine, so it is also recommended for those who come on a trip. It was my first time eating oysters and turban shells, and they were so delicious that I ended up eating a lot lol. I don't know when it was cooked, but I enjoyed the smell while waiting! I still want to use it!!
