I went to buy side dishes. The exterior (especially the signboard) is eye-catching with a slightly retro atmosphere. The inside of the store is spacious and open, with a deli and processed goods department in front and a cafe in the back. I thought the industrial atmosphere of the cafe was wonderful. I didn't use the cafe this time, and bought quiche, Spanish dry sausage, and Hue. The quiche was delicious because the former chef of DEAN & DELUCA is here! The shop staff had a wonderful smile and had a great time!

A delicious time spent in a stylish space in Hayama. I would say it's an authentic Western food restaurant that adults can enjoy. Of course, there are plenty of dishes that everyone from children to the elderly can enjoy. A variety of delicious plates that show that each dish is carefully prepared. You can feel the respect for ingredients through work that allows you to make the most of the ingredients and experience the taste of each ingredient. The 7 types of deli plates are the true value of this restaurant, where you can taste the deliciousness of the season little by little. The limited-edition cabbage rolls have a gentle flavor that lets you feel the flavor of the meat and vegetables. Beef stew curry is literally the best of beef stew and curry, and is a high-quality Western-style curry that you can enjoy while enjoying the flavor of demi-glace and the aroma of wine. It seems that dinner is finally starting, so I'm looking forward to this restaurant even more. Although the location is local, it was a place worth traveling from Tokyo to experience the exotic atmosphere.
