Toraya--I cannot say enough about this shop! This historic cake shop has beautiful cakes, wonderful little treats, puddings, fruits--and each one looks amazing! In case you are wondering how long they have been doing this, the shop opened in 1935!! That's right--these talented bakers have been doing this for 3 generations! AMAZING! Not only was the chocolate cake amazing--which I personally recommended to people I didn't know when they came in--the shop itself is full of the kindest, most sincere helpful people! If you are going to See Mt. Fugi, Stop in at Toraya for a treat worthy of the Mountain that is so close. I will go back! I must eat more of the cake, but more so I must see the Wonderful Bakers again!
