Uenohara, Yamanashi, Japan｜和い寿(わいず)

On this day, I had a meeting and was given a lunch box from Wai Kotobuki in Uenohara, Yamanashi Prefecture. It was refreshing as the lunch boxes in the city haven't been very tasty lately. This lunch box was provided to me at my part-time job. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because the lunch box I received at another part-time job a while ago was not very good, but this one exceeded my expectations in a better way (so much so that I thought about writing a review) To! lol). There are many dishes, such as yellowtail teriyaki, loin cutlet, fried tofu and eggplant, steamed (boiled?) vegetables, and fried eggs, all prepared properly. I also like that they haven't increased the number of items such as pickles. The white rice that is ordered in bulk for lunch boxes is often hard to handle with chopsticks, but this one was delicious even when it was cold. It seems to be Akita Komachi! The surprising fact that it is located in Uenohara, Yamanashi is also good. I don't know if I'll ever have the chance to taste it again, but I'll continue to support the bento, which has such sincerity to it!

In Yamanashi Prefecture, Yoshida udon is famous, but I have never come across a restaurant that serves delicious Yoshida udon. The tempura is also freshly fried. it's recommended.
