Simply delicious! I'm sure there are preferences, but it's just one or two that I like! I think it would be nice if the shirayaki was more plump, but that's what I like too lol I would like to come again with the night menu! Very satisfied! By the way, I've been here two weeks in a row, but I never get tired of it! I can't get enough of it!

I got "Matsu" and fried bones. The texture of fried bones and slightly salty taste goes well with sake🍶 The eel is fluffy and melts in texture. The balance with the not-too-sweet sauce was perfect and delicious😋
