Saku, Nagano, Japan｜Kagetsu

Apparently, Saku carp has no odor, so you can eat it with soy sauce! When you put it in your mouth, you won't be able to get enough of its chewy texture and umami! The umami is melty and has a deliciousness that rivals the yellowtail! I would like to thank the shop staff who kindly let me in even though it was just a little out of business for lunch! It was insanely delicious!

I was shocked that the carp I've eaten so far had no muddy smell at all.

The carp cooking course (Shochikubai) here is the best with full content. I visit with friends a few times a year and each of them will be happy to return!
