Sakado, Saitama, Japan｜Tagawa

Last year at an eel restaurant in Kawagoe, I had a lot of sauce on the eel and it was salty, so I ordered it with less sauce this time! It felt good and my parents were happy.

It's a small shop in Sakado. But don't lick the eel here! It's delicious! I don't think you can describe it as refreshing or fluffy. It's grilled in a slightly open-air style way, yet has a strong flavor, but isn't as heavy as the other restaurants around here. I've always loved my late father and my elderly mother, and of course I've loved them too. It's definitely more delicious than the long-established restaurants in Kawagoe. By the way, try eating the Kimoyaki here. Let's fly!! ️😆

I visited on a weekday afternoon. The eel is plump and has a mellow taste. The sauce is refreshing and not too strong, and goes perfectly with the fluffy eel. While the price of eel is rising, I am satisfied that I was able to enjoy such delicious food at a reasonable price. This is a shop I'd like to stop by when I'm in the area again.
